Zophar's Domain - The best and I mean the B-E-S-T emulation site on the net! It has everything you could ever need, news updated every single day with the latest emulator releases or anything latest. A year ago I found this site with Arcade@Home and I though Arcade@Home was the best emulation site, no way! Just compare them, yeah yeah Arcade@Home is good but doesn't even come close to Zophar's Domain. They have everything, (except for ROM's, which is an illegal thing and you should respect them for not risking their asses and putting up ROMs). I got started here with ROM hacking, they have a ton of guides here. Visit them, and daily too!

Arcade@Home - One of the best emulation sites, I thought it was the best like a year ago but Zophar's Domain is far superior. Still good for news, has some news Zophar's doesn't.

Pure Emulation 2000 - Wow! That's all I can say. The best ROM site for SNES ROMs, Nes ROMs, Genesis, NeoGeo, and Gameboy, almost anything, it has a ton, I highly recommend it!

The Plasticman Network - I like this site cause it has emulation, gaming and music. Hardly find any sites with all three of those! The emulation section has SNES, Gameboy, SEGA, and more ROMs, even though not a ton like PE2000 it has more of the best for each system with reviews and ratings, really good site to visit, highly recommended as well.
